Zoning Hearing Board

The Tarentum Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) is comprised of five residents as appointed by Borough Council pursuant to §265-1401 of the Borough Code. The ZHB shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and render final adjudications on a number of zoning related items which are more fully described in §265-1402.

The Zoning Hearing Board does not meet on regular intervals. The board meets upon the receipt of a Zoning Appeal. All meetings are advertised in the Tribune-Review.
