Voting upon the agenda will not take place this evening. This is a procedural item designed to aid in streamlining the meeting process and maintaining order over the meeting. Since we have not held council agenda meetings in recent weeks, we will allow the opportunity to have various motions during this evening’s meeting. Moving forward, we plan to utilize an agenda meeting to discuss Borough business and other matters.

- Motion to approve the request from Women of the Moose #296 to hold the Easter Egg Hunt at Tarentum Park on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. and with the roadway to be blocked by the Borough from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Provide a certificate of liability insurance naming the Borough as an additional insured.
- Motion to approve the request from the Rams Youth Football Organization to use Dreshar Stadium including the baseball field adjacent to Brackenridge Park for the 2018 football season from June 25, 2018 to November 2018. Provide a certificate of liability insurance naming the Borough as an additional insured.
- Motion to approve the request from Selena Foster to utilize the Tarentum Park facilities for a family reunion on Saturday, August 25, 2018. Provide a certificate of liability insurance naming the Borough as an additional insured.

- Motion to approve Resolution 18-03:
RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH OF TARENTUM, COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA APPROVING THE APPLICATION AND SUBMISSION REQUEST FOR PA SMALL WATER AND SEWER GRANT FOR WATERLINE REPLACEMENT ON LARUSSE BOULEVARD, LAWTON STREET AND DICKEY STREET.
- Motion to approve Resolution 18-04:
RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH OF TARENTUM, COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA APPROVING THE APPLICATION AND SUBMISSION REQUEST FOR PA SMALL WATER AND SEWER GRANT FOR WATERLINE REPLACEMENT ON WEST 8TH AVENUE.
- Motion to award the demolition of the property at 165 Cedar Street to Haas Demolition in the amount of $6,500.
- Motion to award the Emergency Demolition of the property located at 406 East 9th Avenue to Haas Demolition in the amount of $8,500.
- Motion to award the demolition of the property at 134 W. 7th Avenue to Haas Demolition in the amount of $13,500.
- Motion to approve the Developer’s Agreement with Tarentum FDS 715842, LLC for the property located on West 7th Street, better known as the “Dollar General Project.”
- Motion to adopt Chapter 7: Training of the Borough Policy and Procedure Manual.
- Motion to accept the lease agreement between Tarentum Borough and the Abundant Joy Fellowship for a lease of the Tarentum Friendship Garden in the amount of $1.00.
