It is with profound sadness that the Borough of Tarentum announces the passing of our longtime Public Works Director, Mark Anuszek.
For 35 years, Mark was an unwavering pillar of our community. His leadership, hard work, and deep commitment to Tarentum have left a lasting impact on our town. He was not just a dedicated public servant but a friend, mentor, and trusted partner to so many. From residents to business owners and contractors, countless people have had the privilege of working with Mark and experiencing his kindness, expertise, and passion for our community firsthand.
Mark took great pride in his work, and his dedication’s results can be seen throughout Tarentum. His legacy will live on in the streets he cared for, the projects he led, and the many lives he touched along the way.
We will miss him dearly.
