The Tarentum Recreation Board is a volunteer board dedicated to creating activities and events that bring the community together. The Board helps plan and host a variety of programs throughout the year, including the Summer Concert Series, Senior Bingo, holiday parades, seasonal celebrations, and other family-friendly community events.

The Recreation Board meets on the last Tuesday of each month, or as needed to plan upcoming activities, coordinate volunteers, and discuss new opportunities for recreation and community engagement in Tarentum.
