PUBLIC NOTICE
At a public meeting held on the 6th day of January, 2020, the Council of the Borough of Tarentum has approved the following meeting schedule for the 2020 calendar year, with all meetings beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Borough Council will hold Regular Meetings on the following: February 4, March 3, April 7, May 5, June 2, July 7, August 4, September 1, October 6, November 5, December 1.
Additional meetings shall be held on November 24, December 15 and December 29, if necessary.
The Tarentum Recreation Board will hold meetings on the last Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
The Tarentum Planning Commission, Civil Service Commission and Zoning Hearing Board will not hold regularly scheduled meetings. Meetings will be advertised as necessary.
All of the above meetings will be held in Borough Council Chambers, 318 Second Avenue, Tarentum, PA 15084.
The Borough of Tarentum is also accepting letters of interest for the following openings. Planning Commission, Recreation Board, and Emergency Management Coordinator. Please send letters of interest for these voluntary positions to Michael L. Nestico, Borough Manager, 318 Second Avenue, Tarentum, PA 15084 as soon as possible.
