PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of Tarentum will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. in Borough Council Chambers, 318 E. 2nd Avenue, Tarentum, PA 15084 regarding an application filed by Paul Marquart on behalf of Bridges & Company, Inc, for Conditional Use zoning approval of an industrial use, namely internal storage and warehousing of construction equipment and supplies, pursuant to Section 265-502(G) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Tarentum for the properties located at 209 Lock Street bearing parcel ID numbers 1223-S-28 and 1223-S-30, which said properties are located in the Commercial Center [CC] zoning district.
The public is invited to attend the hearing and all interested persons may provide oral or written comments or testimony at the hearing. Written comments on the application must be submitted by 2 pm on January 18, 2022. Comments should be delivered to the Tarentum Borough Building at 318 E. 2nd Avenue, Tarentum, PA 15084, or emailed to Borough Manager Michael Nestico mnestico@tarentumboro.com.
